There’s been a ton of buzz circulating about foursquare and its marketing success in real-world situations. Everything from Chicago’s tourism industry to Jimmy Choo and from burger joints to The History Channel have benefited from foursquare’s unique marketing features.

Using mobile devices, foursquare users can travel around cities, looking for interesting places to eat, drink, listen to music, relax, and enhance their cultural horizons. Foursquare enables your company to participate in this entertaining form of communication while reaching new markets and engaging with current customers and prospective ones.

Granted, I find it a bit creepy that people want to share everything they’re doing with millions of people they don’t know. However, there are tangible benefits to joining the foursquare community.

1. U.S. smartphone / 3G mobile users are rapidly increasing:

As more and more people use their mobile phones to search the Internet, read emails, shop, watch videos, and Google Chat on the go, your business can take advantage of this marketing opportunity and can reach a new pool of consumers. In fact, according to a study performed by Morgan Stanley, 96% of mobile users in Japan have 3G coverage and 46% of U.S. mobile users have 3G coverage. How can your business cater to the 3G user market? foursquare.

Specifically designed for mobile phones, foursquare enables its users to receive badges after checking in to certain locations and to receive coupons and specials from the locations they check into.

2. Reward customers with foursquare promotions and specials to encourage purchases:

Businesses who want to reward customers for their loyalty can use one of foursquare’s exceptional programs to offer deals, specials, and promotions. For example, if a spa wanted to reward their most loyal customers, they could offer a special to foursquare users that would allow them to receive 50% off their next spa service if they checked into that spa (on foursquare) five times. “You checked into our spa five times. Receive 50% off on your next spa service.”

Once the user checks into the spa for the fifth time, he or she will unlock this spa special and be able to use it on his or her next spa purchase.

Another benefit foursquare offers to businesses that feature specials on the platform is their notification system, which works in two ways:

1. If a foursquare user signs into your venue, foursquare will inform him or her of any specials you are currently offering to foursquare participants.

2. If a foursquare user is signed into a venue (such as a restaurant or bar) down the block from your venue and doesn’t offer foursquare specials, foursquare will inform him or her that your restaurant does offer specials.

3. Track your success:

For businesses that offer foursquare specials, they will be able to track how well these specials perform using foursquare’s analytics system. And the best part about the analytics is that they are updated in real time. Businesses can instantly see their most recent visitors, most frequent visitors, time of day people check in, total number of unique visitors, demographic statistics of customers, and how many of the check-ins were shared with Facebook and Twitter friends.

4. See your customers and prospects face-to-face:

Foursquare is taking people out of their offices and homes to network outside of the traditional social media realm. In fact, foursquare is one of the first social media sites to incorporate social media with face-to-face communication in the real world. Foursquare users must physically be at your establishment in order to check into it on foursquare. This means, you get to meet all of these social media users and connect with them in person.

5. Develop engaging, long-lasting relationships with customers:

What’s one of the number one benefits you hear of when it comes to marketing your business using social media? It helps you build relationships with customers and prospects. Foursquare does just that, but takes customers one step closer to you: your store.

Using foursquare’s analytics, you can see when new customers come in, build relationships with your most frequent foursquare customers, and reach new markets. And when you offer specials to your foursquare users, you’re allowing customers to feel as though they are rewarded for visiting your establishment.

Nowadays, every business has web presence. If you put your name business keyword in the search engines, what results do you get? You will most probably get your site and then the sites that list your products and services review. Yes, there are many sites that collect reviews and comments about a product or service. There can be positive or negative comments. Little do business owners know, even the slightest negative remark can cause havoc to business.

This brings in the need of an Online Reputation Management Company. They are on constant vigil, browse industry related sites and check for reviews and comments made. This is just the first step to the process. If in case a negative review is received, the RM company takes steps and measures to get the negative review removed or moved back in results. This is done by several steps and ensure the company’s name is not tarnished.

With the rise of the internet has come a new form of journalism and publishing: blogging. While in the past writers had to search out venues for publication with tiny audiences, blogs enable writers to put their work out in the way they see fit and generate an audience of potentially millions. Short for weblog, blogs have transformed business, politics and culture as they have become must haves for every candidate for public office, company promoting its products and celebrities or athletes looking to communicate with their fans. In order to help these and other aspiring bloggers set up their site, a number of companies offer software to easily design and maintain a blog hosting. Comparison shopping can make the difference between something bland and something exciting.

It is also easy to turn your Blogger page into a money-making venture as you can click a button and Google will host ads on your page, giving you a cut of any clicks generated. Perhaps the softwares biggest drawback is that unless you put up a simple bit of script a distracting toolbar will be put at the top of your page leading viewers away to other blog web site. Word Press also allows your blog visitors to leave comments and in this way interact with the author of the blog that is one of the most important parts of the blogging process.

If one just needs a webhosting service that may allow them to launch their personal websites or blog, then they may use the facility of shared hosting servers which are very cost effective and efficient for such usage where the user does not need any specifically high bandwidth and huge free space to store enormously high data.

In case you want to promote small scale business on internet and want more and more visitors to reach your website so that they may know more about the services and products you provide, a shared host server may not be the right option for you because it will act very slow and that will affect the visitors count of your website. In such cases, VPS hosting can be the appropriate solution. By using VPS hosting server, you will enjoy more flexibility of the server, better choices of software to be used for launching your web sites and blogs and much more bandwidth and free space available.

If one is thinking of launching a major business website, then even VPS hosting may prove to be insufficient. In order to launch a major business website and related blogs etc, you will need huge space and unlimited bandwidth facility. You may simply take services of managed dedicated servers that will allow you full freedom to use and control the dedicated servers while maintenance and administration will be the responsibility of the host server providers. Linux dedicated servers are obviously the best solution for hosting issues.

Industrial chemicals are extremely hazardous for the environment but there are a number of safe ways through which they can be disposed off. For starters, you should find out what measures your local city has put in place in regard to the effective disposal of these wastes. In most cases, there are usually protective containers and clothing that are usually available to the public. Burn PCB in a container which has been specifically made for that use. This is because the container will have necessary retainers for preventing any form of environmental pollution.

Use the proper receptacles when it comes to the disposal of industrial chemicals. Note that left over wastes are also capable of contaminating the environment once they mix. Fumes form the ashes can be more lethal than even the industrial chemicals themselves. There are manufacturers instructions as to how safe to dispose off the chemicals. Follow them to the letter and you will be surprised at how fast and easy it is to deal with their disposal. If at all you have any doubts or questions regarding the disposal of the industrial chemicals then you can either call the manufacturer or supplier. Care should be taken to minimize cases of accidents when disposing off these liquids.

The social media makes an excellent arena for a marketing campaign to support a site’s SEO. Not only are these sites easy for the average site owner to access, and free, they also group together concentrated clumps of target groups. A well-thought-out social media campaign can push a site’s entire search engine optimisation campaign forward.

The term frequently used for this is social media marketing, or SMM. This is a slightly misleading term, because a marketing plan for a social media site must be completely different to a regular marketing plan. The social media sites around the net tend to gather users who do not appreciate regular marketing approaches. Social media marketing, if it involves overt marketing at all, should involve a very light touch.

This is something that more than one business has found out all too late. Social media users are notoriously intolerant of pushy marketing campaigns and express their dislike very vocally. Quite a few campaigns mounted on sites like Twitter and Facebook have resulted in lots of publicity of the negative kind for the business involved, simply because the audience’s intelligence was underestimated.

It can help to have a consultant on board when mounting a social media campaign and you can discuss this with us at SearchEngineOptimization.co.uk. Here are some guidelines that should help along the way:

1. Be open about your business motives. Many social media users have stated that they don’t mind being approached by a business, as long as the business is open about it. The thing that tends to rankle is when businesses pretend to be normal social media users for the purposes of manipulation. Trying to make friends and then springing a publicity campaign on them can seriously backfire.

2. Be willing to relax a little. Although your social media campaign has the driving motive of getting publicity for your business, it’s important to know when to let that go a little. Business owners who do nothing but talk shop are as boring on social media sites as they are at parties. Your search engine optimisation campaign will benefit a lot more if you relax and participate in the social media format you choose.

3. Be aware of the community around you. Although there are thousands of users on every social media site, most people settle into a group fairly quickly. Every social media user has friends and enemies, and businesses tend to polarise people even more.

4. Be friendly. Social media sites involve a lot of interaction. A lot of businesses hear this and think, Wow! What an opportunity to sell my message.’ In doing this, they overlook the fact that it’s interaction. In other words, social media participation requires participation on your side as well. Commenting on other people’s pages and participating in debates is vital.

5. Keep your SEO in mind. Part of your reason for participating in social media should be to extend your off-page SEO. Keep your keywords and other optimisation techniques in mind when participating on the sites.

This is a very important question that, unfortunately, many internet marketers seem to pay little or no attention to. The general approach adopted by many internet marketers seems to be that that quantity counts over quality - but is this really the case?

The resounding answer to both these questions is - ABSOLUTELY NOT!.

We need to be very clear that all links are not equal - in fact it is possible to go even further than this and actually say that some links are less than worthless, in fact they may even actually be harmful to your ranking.

If you were to create a ranking list of possible links then this would be the order:-

1) Links from.edu and.gov domains are the “best” types of links a site can get - particularly if the site has a high pagerank as well.

2) Links from well established, high pagerank general domains (e.g..com,.net,.co.uk etc)

3) Links from more recent, lower pagerank sites (i.e. more recently created / less well established sites)

4) General sites

Many of the “Dominate Google” tools and sites that you see that offer an apparent shortcut to getting a top ranking on Google will simply create hundreds of backlinks to your site from their existing network of sites (usually blogs). Whilst this may give a short term boost to your rankings this will not be sustainable. The quality of these links is normally very poor and you will eventually be penalised for these links and your ranking will drop accordingly.

So all links are definitely not the same and you need to invest time and effort in gathering the right type and quality of backlink for your site.

Although all of the Cartier replica watches in the Pasha Series for women are attractive, two are extraordinarily beautiful, the Automatic CR-47 and the Diamond Bezel CR-50. Each has the characteristic Pasha round face, thick bezel, and mushroom-cap crown. And both have metal-link bracelets, white dials, and hands as delicate as butterfly wings. But while the Automatic possesses the easy, natural elegance of a thoroughbred colt, the Diamond Bezel oozes sex appeal like a high-maintenance diva.

The Automatics classic beauty is devoid of glitz and glam. It has no need for bling. Like an Audrey Hepburn or a Grace Kelly, its chic is effortless. In other words, it has good bones. The no-nonsense stainless steel bracelet and thick bezel serve as a stylish foil for a pretty dial framed in eyelash-thin markers and ringed by four curly, feminine numbers–3, 6, 9, and 12.
The woman who wears the Automatic is a lady, plain and simple. Her clothes are never trendy; she doesnt use much make-up-just some powder, gloss, and maybe a little mascara; and, although shes heard it a thousand times, she still doesnt know how beautiful she really is.

Those who wear a Diamond Bezel, on the other hand, are perfectly aware of their powers of attraction. Suitable for the Diana Rosses and the Patti LaBelles of this world, the CR-50s silvery gray bezel sparkles like a crown. The pattern of gems on the bezel is echoed on the dial in a fine edging of markers and decorative lines. Within the edging, three subdials float below a graceful 12. Elegant, glamorous, glitzy: thats the Pasha Diamond Bezel. Picture it on the arm of Beyonce or Whitney when she was in her prime.

Of all the Cartier replica watches in the Pasha Series, these two are the most disparate-and the most beautiful.
